If anything goes wrong with your Milestone tool call our Customer Service line (1300 739 904), quote your serial number and take your tool in its case to the nearest Australia post outlet. We’ll take care of the rest.
BTW there are over 4000 Australia Post outlets in Australia https://auspost.com.au/locate/ so no matter where you are you should have one nearby.
Warranty
Keeping it simple..
Your Milestone Tool is warrantied for 2 years. If something breaks we’ll fix it free of charge. If you drop your tool from a three storey window or have a bobcat drive over it, we’ll think about it but don’t expect too much.

Preventative Maintenance
We recommend you give your tool a little TLC from time to time.
- Give it a good blow with the airgun every so often
- Lubricate the rails and moving parts
- Check for damaged or nicked cables, worn grub screws, excessive play in any part
Remember we carry a full inventory of spare parts and we’re more than happy to take your money so that your tool can remain in the best condition possible.
Trouble Shooting
If your tool is not working, don’t forget to check your operating manual (yes, that little booklet you probably threw away) for simple trouble shooting suggestions. It might save you some embarrassment later on.
